How much is shipping?
Shipping is 4 in the UK and 9 for international orders unless agreed otherwise.

Note that if a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, I cannot be held responsible. The buyer will therefore be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
What happens if my item gets stuck in customs?
Customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If it gets returned to me, I will give you the option to have it re-sent or to receive a refund minus shipping costs.
Can I return this item I didn't like?
As I only do custom orders through this website, I do not accept returns. Of course, if the item is faulty upon receipt I will either provide a replacement or a full refund. This does not cover normal wear and tear.

In the event of a faulty item, please notify me within 90 days and provide evidence either in the form of photographs or by returning the item.
How do I pay?
The easiest is PayPal, but if I know you and/or you're local to Brighton we can discuss other ways. Note that if you buy from my Etsy shop, you can pay with a credit or debit card, or an Etsy gift card.

For orders up to 50 I will expect full payment up front. If the final price is over 50 I will accept a 50% non-refundable deposit to cover materials, with the remainder due as agreed by both parties. I will post the item upon receiving the full amount.
Do I get a discount if I order more than one item?
Yes! If you order three or more items I'll take something off. Email me to get a price quote.
How soon can I get my item?
It depends on what you've ordered. I aim to send it as soon as possible, but sometimes I have to wait for materials to arrive and if there is a lot of work that could also take a few days. I try to send orders out within a week of finalising them, but if I can't keep to this I will let you know in email.

Please note that while I use first class post within the UK, orders to the rest of the world can take several weeks to arrive.
