This is an exquisite Blue Goldstone pendant wrapped in chainmaille. The stone is a wonderful dark blue with glittering specks, tightly enclosed in copper rings.

The pendant is roughly 2 inches (5cm) long and 1.5 inches (4cm) wide. It sits on a chain 18 inches (46cm) long, which closes with a lobster clasp.
Blue Goldstone is a man-made stone – created by mixing silica and copper oxide. The “glitter” in the stone is the copper shining in the glass. Known as the stone of ambition, this stone is thought to provide wisdom, energy and courage. It is associated with the metaphysical properties of copper.
